About Eveline

Eveline Kerr is our Team's Operations Manager and is an experienced Broker (Realtor). Eveline has a wealth of experience and a deep understanding of what it takes to support a high-performing real estate group. Not only is she highly skilled and organized, but her approachable nature and commitment to delivering exceptional care will bring even more value to our clients and team. 

Eveline has been a licensed Realtor for over 30 years, and has lived in the Quinte and Prince Edward County areas for most of her life. She has 3 beautiful children who have all pursued post-secondary education following with excellent careers. In her earlier years, Eveline graduated from University and pursued a career in education as a teacher and as a Director of Guidance for students. In addition to her managerial role, Eveline continues to serve her sphere of clients, offering the same outstanding service, market expertise, and personalized guidance that have earned her a stellar reputation over the years. She enjoys helping clients whether they are first time home buyers, relocating or upsizing/downsizing. She is extremely passionate for seniors who have lived in their homes for decades, raising families and creating countless memories. She specializes in providing exceptional real estate service to our team’s clients, through a caring and personalized approach.
